Q: How do I buy from Prim n proper?
A: 1. Browse the products and click on the Add to Basket icon.
2. Fill in your contact details.
3. Fill in your payment details.
4. You will get an online order confirmation.
5. We will download and process your order.
6. We will despatch your goods as soon as possible.
Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: Your order will be despatched within 10-14 days. If an item is out of stock it my take a little longer. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time for a certain date please check before ordering.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Mastercard, Solo, Maestro/Switch, Visa and Visa debit. Credit/debit card payments handled via Paypal. If you prefer you can send your order in by post and pay by cheque or postal order.
Q: Who will deliver the order?
A: Currently, we use Royal Mail.
Q: How much will my postage be in the UK?
A: Postage is included in the cost of the item as seams to be the fairest way as some of our items are very small.

If you want us to calculate your shipping charge before you order e-mail us with your order details. We will calculate it for you.
Q: What if I don't like my purchase?
A: We want you to love your Prim n proper purchase, if you are not happy for any reason please let us know within a few days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.
Please note fabrics or trims may vary from the photographs due to their handmade nature and availability of materials. This makes each item unique. All sizes quoted are approximate. Exact colour matches to web photographs cannot be guaranteed.
